Clinch
Muay Thai Plum (Double Collar Tie)
A dominant clinch position controlling both sides of the opponent's neck, used to land knees and elbows.
Key Points
- •Pull the head down and forward, not just down
- •Strong control point for landing knees
- •Watch for opponents fighting for underhooks to escape
Instructions

- 2Interlace or clasp your fingers behind their neck, pulling their head down and forward.
- 3Keep your elbows in tight, framing against their shoulders to control posture.
